Out of Hours

To contact a doctor when the surgery is closed at weekends and between the hours of 6.30 pm and 8.00 am Monday to Friday, please telephone NHS 111 (dial 111 from your phone for free) and your call will automatically be forwarded to the Somerset Out of Hours Medical Service

Telephone Advice

If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone, please try to telephone (Williton 632701) either between 8.30 am and 9.00 am or between 11.30 am and 12 noon, when the clinician is more likely to be available. We try not to interrupt consultations except in an emergency.

ANNUAL FLU JAB SESSIONS (DATES TO NOTE)

Dates have been released for the annual drop-in Flu Vaccination Sessions for qualifying registered patients of this practice and you are invited to attend either of the following sessions:

WILLITON SURGERY - Saturday 24 September 2016  9.00 am to 11.00 am

WATCHET SURGERY - Saturday 15 October 2016  9.00 am to 11.00 am.

EVERY PATIENT HAS A NAMED GP

Whilst you are registered with the practice, every patient has a named GP who is responsible for overseeing their clinical care, they are known as your 'Usual GP'.  If you are unsure who your 'Usual GP' is please ask.

DO YOU CURRENTLY VISIT THE SURGERY FOR AN ANNUAL REVIEW FOR ANY REASON?

To make our care more holistic and reduce the number of times that patients need to attend the surgery and see different clinicians in connection with their ongoing routine healthcare, we are moving to a system of ANNUAL BIRTHDAY REVIEWS.  Please speak to a member of the team or pick up one of our information leaflet for more detail.
