Online Medical Record Access
The practice offers an internet service called Patient Access, which allows you to contact the practice from your own computer or smartphone to:
- book or cancel appointments
- order repeat prescriptions
- view your medical record to check medications, illnesses, test result, immunisations and allergies

Patients can also access their medical record via the NHS App available on the App Store and Google Play.
New Patient Group Members Needed
We are currently looking to expand the membership of our Patient Group. We would be particularly interested in recruiting representation from patients aged 18 - 40 and especially those who are parents of young children or teenagers. More information is available in the Patient Group area of this website. If you would be interested in finding out more about this group please contact the surgery.
Out of Hours call 111 (The NHS 111 service)
To contact a doctor when the surgery is closed at weekends and between the hours of 6.30 pm and 8.00 am Monday to Friday, please telephone NSH 111 and your call will automatically be forwarded to the Somerset Out of Hours Medical Service.
Telephone Advice - need to speak to a GP or Nurse?
If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone, please telephone (Williton 632701) and speak to the receptionist about your needs. They will then be able to make the necessary arrangements for you. We do not interrupt consultations except in an emergency.
