Normal Service Resumed
We are pleased to report that normal service has now resumed after the practice suffered unrelated problems with our telephone system and computer access this week (commencing Monday 11 November 2019).
A problem with the telephone exchange caused our telephone lines to go down from Monday morning and took BT some 2.5 days to repair.
A separate problem with the NHS internet connection caused problems with our computer systems on Wednesday morning, including access to our medical record system.
Both of these problems were beyond our control but we do apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and support.
Out of Hours call 111 (The NHS 111 service)
To contact a doctor when the surgery is closed at weekends and between the hours of 6.30 pm and 8.00 am Monday to Friday, please telephone NSH 111 and your call will automatically be forwarded to the Somerset Out of Hours Medical Service.
