Tara who saw me was really friendly, informative and gave me the time I needed to ask any questions. She was helpful when I enquired about speaking to a doctor about another issue and made a phone appointment for me. Excellent service nothing could have been improved on.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough in her investigation into my problem. As a result, she referred me to a consultant at Musgrove. This referral was most appropriate and has prevented my serious problem from getting worse!

I had a Covid jab at Alcombe pharmacy a few weeks ago and was offered (and accepted) flu at the same time. I was told I did not need to inform Williton I had already had the flu jab as the system would do it automatically. But I still got a reminder to attend on 18th and now you assume I did attend so “the system” is not working as it should!

I thought i made appointment with a doctor but seen a nurse and she had to speak to a doctor as she was not sure what to do so really i think it should of been doctor it would of also been less time dont get me wrong the nurse was very good .

I was receiving the flu vaccine and the nurse was not wearing any gloves , nor did she sterilise the injection site with an alcohol wipe before administering the vaccine.

I was in the surgery for a prior appointment and asked if I could receive a phone call from a Doctor. Within 24 hours I had spoken to Dr Moss and was booked in for a blood test that same day. Results were back within a couple of days and medication prescribed. Thank you so much.
