Would have been very good if they hadn’t been kept waiting for 15 mins after my appointment time even though I was 1st appointment of the day.

There was an emergency before me so I had a much longer wait time than normal but reception kept me informed and apologised as did the nurse. The consult was good and nurse was friendly and kind. I think it’s an excellent service and appreciate that annual follow ups are important and are carried out!

The nurse I see was very thorough. She actually listened to what I was saying about leg swelling and said I needed to see a doctor. I have been seeing nurses about this problem for months and havent been offered to see doctor despite asking.

I’m mortified as I missed the appointment. I’d been unwell over the Christmas week, and got confused about the day of the week. It was on Saturday 28 th ( that I thought was Friday 27th) that I realised. I’ve just tried to re-book here but find I can’t.
