CORONAVIRUS UPDATE TO OPENING HOURS - PLEASE TELEPHONE BEFORE COMING INTO THE SURGERY FOR ANY REASON
OUR OPENING TIMES WILL CHANGE FROM THURSDAY 19 MARCH 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE IN LIGHT OF THE ESCALATING SITUATION WITH CORONAVIRUS.
Our telephone lines will be available from 8.30am.
Please do not telephone the surgery between 8am and 8.30am unless you have an exceptional emergency which does not require 999.
TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLY
During these exceptional circumstances, all patients will receive a telephone call from a member of our clinical team before they are brought into the practice for any face-to-face appointments.
This will help reduce unnecessary footfall and reduce contact to protect our most vulnerable patients and staff.
Should you need to come in for a face-to-face appointment for any reason, we are asking all patients not to bring anyone else with them with the exception of essential carers.
WALK-IN PHLEBOTOMY SERVICE
Our walk-in blood service will cease with immediate effect until further notice. Patients who need to come in for important blood tests will instead be given an appointment time. This helps us to reduce the numbers of patients in our waiting room. Please telephone the surgery on 01984 632701.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
Please post through the surgery letterbox at either practice or telephone the surgery.
