Repeat Prescriptionsblue_yellow_pills

Repeat prescriptions should be ordered before your medication runs out. When ordering repeat prescriptions please give 48 hours’ notice. We would ask for your understanding if we are not able to produce your prescription within 48 hours, there may be a problem with your medication and the prescribing doctor may not always be available.

Please help us by knowing exactly what drugs you require and only ordering the medications that you need.

Ordering On-line

You will need to register in person at either surgery for this service before you are able to order your medication on-line.  Please bring photo identification and a recent utility bill containing your name and address to confirm your identity.

More information about 'Patient Access' can be found in the On-Line Medical Records section of this website.

Once you have registered your will be able to order your medication simply by clicking on the icon at the top of this page and entering your log-in details.

Other Ways to Order

You can also request repeat prescriptions in person by using the dedicated posting boxes provided in each surgery or by sending your request to the surgery by post.  Please use the right hand side of your prescription for reordering your medication, indicating the items that you require or use one of the repeat prescription ordering forms which can be found on the surgery prescription desks.

We regret that we cannot routinely accept telephone requests for medication.  If you are experiencing difficulties in ordering your medication please contact one of our Health Co-ordinators to discuss your needs.
